Nothing but pleasant to deal with

I am a new customer of True Restorations, and I couldn’t be happier with their service so far. I highly recommend using them. They always call back, and are nothing but pleasant to deal with. We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom, that proceeded to come through to our dining room....what a mess. The day I called them, they located the leak (it was in the wall, and not easily detected) and took out part of the wall, and ripped up carpeting, and treated every surface so that no mold would grow. Then they set up fans, a dehumidifier, and an air purifier, which ran for 3-4 days, and they checked every day the progress of drying. By the third day the upstairs was done, and by the fourth, downstairs was done. They cleaned up beautifully, and now will start my repairs. I will review again when the repairs are done. So sorry for the lengthy review, but it’s so important to dry whatever gets wet, because otherwise mold will grow, and that’s a health concern.
