I wish I could give 10 stars!

First I would like to mention Fred McKnight. He was so kind, respectful, easy to talk to and professional. After speaking with him. I was completely confident in having him and his company handle my puffback situation. I had some questions and concerns later on . He answered me promptly and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He sent 12 people to my house. They cleaned up my basement and my house. They put in a lot of work. They were all respectful of our home and polite. Willi was the man that was managing everyone. He had them all doing what they needed. He treated them all with respect. He made sure everything got done and also worked hard himself. Everyone worked well together. We are so very happy with everything they did. The took such care to get perfection. There was definitely pride in their work. I wish I could give 10 stars! Everyone involved in the Restoration was professional and the outcome was amazing! Thank you all so very much!!

True Restoration was at our house in minutes!

We had a water leak in our kitchen and being 6 months pregnant I have no time to even think about it. True Restoration was at our house in minutes. The whole team was very professional and treated our house like it was there own. We are very excited for the renovation that are happening and how fast. We couldn’t have ask for a better team to take us through this stressful process. There making it very easy. And we can’t thank them enough.

I highly recommend using them. They always call back, and are nothing but pleasant to deal with. We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom, that proceeded to come through to our dining room....what a mess. The day I called them, they located the leak (it was in the wall, and not easily detected) and took out part of the wall, and ripped up carpeting, and treated every surface so that no mold would grow. Then they set up fans, a dehumidifier, and an air purifier, which ran for 3-4 days, and they checked every day the progress of drying. By the third day the upstairs was done, and by the fourth, downstairs was done. They cleaned up beautifully, and now will start my repairs. I will review again when the repairs are done. So sorry for the lengthy review, but it’s so important to dry whatever gets wet, because otherwise mold will grow, and that’s a health concern.
